I grew up in Michigan and moved to Minnesota. I decided to stay after meeting The Husband and realizing that he’s pretty cool.
We currently live in this land of 10,000 lakes and it’s still tough for me to totally adjust to the small-town, one-stoplight, cows-in-the-field-behind-your-house type of town that we live in. Thank God that I work in the (Twin) Cities. I think I’d lose my mind if I didn’t run into some sort of traffic every once and a while.
I’ve got two brothers of my own and Steve has three brothers, so that’s a heck of a lot of testosterone when family get-togethers happen. And being the only girl doesn’t make me special; it makes me an easy target.
When I grow up, I just want to be happy and eating pizza.
